Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of Gold Finder (the “site”). The site is owned and operated by Halwa Technologies W.L.L, trading as “Gold Finder” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Gold Finder is an online rewards platform. You can book hotels, order food and shop with partner stores, paying online, and a share of what you spend is credited to your Gold Finder balance as digital gold grams, calculated at the live gram gold price. Every gram credited to a member is backed one to one by allocated gold held with our licensed precious metals partner. For the full mechanics, see How it works.
What Gold Finder is not
Gold Finder is a loyalty rewards platform. It is not a bank, a deposit taking institution, an exchange, a brokerage, or an investment service. Your balance is a loyalty reward balance denominated in gold grams, not a deposit or an investment product, and we do not provide investment advice or manage portfolios. Your balance and cash outs
Rewards are credited to your account once an order or payment is confirmed. Hotel rewards may be held as pending until the cancellation window closes. You may keep your grams or request a cash out to a bank account in your own name, converted at the live gold price at the time of the request. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent transactions may have their rewards reversed.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country to use the site. The site is intended for personal, non-commercial browsing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the directory without our written permission.
- Interfere with the site’s normal operation or security.
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate someone else.
Reward offers
Gold Finder sets the reward rate, eligibility rules, and timing for each participating restaurant. Rates and offers can change at any time. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee any specific rate, payout, or experience.
Responsibility
Restaurants are responsible for the meal, service, and bill. Any dispute about food, service, or pricing is between you and the restaurant. Gold Finder is responsible for delivering the gold reward after a valid claim – if a reward fails to arrive, contact us at support@goldfinder.app.
gold and price volatility
The value of gold can rise and fall significantly over short periods. The gold you receive is yours to keep, but its value in your local currency may change after you receive it. See our Disclaimer for more on this.
Our content
The site, its design, text, and curation are owned by Gold Finder and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not copy, modify, or commercially reuse the content without our permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to restaurants, wallet providers, or other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep it accurate and available, we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly up to date at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gold Finder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, from any restaurant interaction, or from changes in the value of gold you receive.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time if we believe it is being misused or if doing so is necessary to protect the service, our partners, or other users. You can stop using the site at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Istanbul, unless mandatory local law where you reside requires otherwise.
