Our role
Gold Finder is an online rewards platform. You book hotels, order food and shop with partner stores, paying online, and a share of what you spend comes back to you as digital gold grams. We are not a financial advisor, a bank, an investment platform, or a licensed financial service provider. Nothing on this site should be taken as financial, legal, or tax advice.
To be clear about our role and limits:
Loyalty rewards, not deposits: your gram balance is a loyalty reward balance, not a bank deposit, a security, or an investment product.
Fully backed: every gram credited to a member is backed one to one by allocated gold held with our licensed precious metals partner.
No exchange, brokerage, or trading services: Gold Finder is not a gold exchange, brokerage, or trading platform, and we do not trade gold on behalf of users or third parties.
No investment advice: we do not provide gold investment advice or manage portfolios.
How rewards reach you
Partners pay Gold Finder a commission for bringing them customers. Gold rewards are funded out of that commission, converted to grams at the live gram gold price at the moment the transaction is recorded, and credited to your Gold Finder balance. For the full breakdown, see How it works.
Pending rewards
Hotel rewards may be shown as pending until the cancellation window closes, and rewards on cancelled, refunded or fraudulent transactions may be reversed. Only confirmed grams can be cashed out.
Reward rates can change
Gold Finder sets the reward rate for each partner. Rates, eligibility and availability can change at any time, sometimes without notice. We do our best to keep listings up to date, but please check the partner page for the current offer before relying on it.
Gold price movement
The gram amount you earn is fixed at the time of the transaction, but the value of gold in your local currency can rise and fall afterwards. Cash outs are converted at the live gold price at the time of the request, so the amount you receive may be higher or lower than the value at the time you earned.
No tax advice
Earning or cashing out gold may have tax implications in your country. We do not provide tax advice. Please speak with a qualified tax professional about your specific situation.
Responsibility
Partners are responsible for the hotel stay, the meal, the goods and the service. Any dispute about what you bought is between you and the partner. If a gold reward fails to appear on your balance, contact us at support@goldfinder.app. That part is on us.
Regulatory position
Gold cashback offered here is a loyalty benefit funded by partner commissions, not a regulated financial service. We do not provide investment, exchange or deposit taking services. Users should consider their own tax and legal position where relevant.
